Error description

• There is an error shown in Management Center when viewing the
  offer price precedence column, and the precedence in the
  database is larger than or equal to 10000000.
  
  As a convention, we populate the precedence with a date derived
  number (such as 20170307) so we are seeing this issue
  consistently.
  
  As the field is a 'double', it is being presented in scientific
  notation (such as 2.0170307E7) and this shows the following
  error:
  "Enter a numeric value for the Precedence field"
