Error description

• An invalid or illegal character usage error might occur when you
  make a REST request that uses the XML response format. The
  error will occur if the REST response map contains a forward
  slash (/) character as part of a key value, which was not
  sanitized.

  WebSphere Commerce Version 7 users who use RESTful services that
   use the XML response format.

  An exception might be encountered when a REST request is made
  that uses the XML response format.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The MapToXMLUtil class was updated to remove any instances of
  forward slash (/) values in the map key and replace with an
  empty string.
