APAR status

Error description

  • Both the BPEL engine and the BPEL state observer for the IBM
Process Federation Server indexer cache insert or update data.
At the end of each transaction, these cached entries are written
to the database before the process details and task details are
written to the database.
As a result, exceptions in the Process Federation Server
indexer occur when the Process Federation Server reads the
database by using SQL select statements with UNCOMMITTED READ
option.

the following steps on Fix Central
(http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral):

1. On the Select product tab, select WebSphere as the product
group, IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the
WebSphere options, All as the installed version, and All as the
platform, and then click Continue.
2. In the Text field, enter "cumulative fix", and click
Continue.

If cumulative fix 2017.03 is available, download and install it.
When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
additional installation instructions and information about the
fix.
