Error description

• When a change to a Rule Based Sales Category (RBSC) rule results
  in the removal of large number of catalog entries, the process
  to remove these entries takes a significant amount of time, and
  might result in a transaction timeout.

  Impacts performance, as a business user will need to wait a long
   time until the changes to the RBSC can be seen.

Problem conclusion

• Query was optimized, the removal of catalog entries from RBSC
  are now done in 1000 entries per query, and the queries are run
  in batches.
