Error description

• It is currently difficult to debug order transfer issues, as
  there are many traces that you need to enable.

  This tracing can not be enabled in production environments as it
   requires too many resources.

  users who need to debug the order transfer process.

Problem conclusion

• Updated logic to use new java logging classes as a lightweight
  trace that can help track the progress of an order.
  
  The following trace logger is now supported:
  com.ibm.commerce.orderintegration
