Error description

• Memory leak may occur with replication resulting in eventual
  failures to free up a significant amount of memory during
  garbage collection. The memory leak occurs because Searchers are
   not closed properly after replication. Internal Solr core and
  searcher reference count is not managed accurately during index
  replication and therefore causing certain solr cores to stay in
  memory longer than expected.
  
  There should only be one Searcher open per search core actively
  running on the server, but this issue can cause multiple
  Searchers to be open against a single core by failing to close
  the old Searcher.
