• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Duplicate pagelayouts are created after completing incremental
  data loads. There are no duplicate entries in the PAGELAYOUT
  table but there are discrepancies in the EMSPOT table.
  
  When the Data Load utility populates EMSPOT for Category Layout,
   the utility does not use the storeId from the dataload-env
  configuration file. Instead, it retrieves related stores and
  uses the storeId with the largest sequence.

Problem conclusion

• According to STOREREL table relationship, the storeId with
  lowest sequence number should be given preference when multiple
  relationships are defined for a store. Updated the code to fetch
   the storeId with lowest sequence number.
