Error description

  • When marketing content is updated, if there is no change to the
marketing text, but there are changes in either of the custom
fields, the existing marketing text is deleted when the content
is saved.

This problem is seen when the the Management Center Marketing
Content Tool has been customized to display customField1 and
customField2 (associated with database columns COLLDESC.FIELD1
and COLLDESC.FIELD2).

Problem conclusion


    

  • The ChangeMarketingContentDescriptionPartMediator was updated to
 not delete the existing marketing text when only the custom
fields are updated.
