• Dataload utility returns with the following error message if
  data includes an identifier column equal to 0:

  WebSphere Commerce Version 7 and Version 8.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Cannot load data into the OFFER table if identifier column is
  set to 0
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Cannot run Data Load utility successfully.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Added a check against identifier. If identifier is 0, then save
  "0" as identifier instead of removing the leading 0 of
  identifier.
