Error description

• Buildindex utility checks the status from the initial delta/full
  import command to Solr. However, this initial status is
  reporting on the results from the previous run of the
  buildindex.
  
  For example, if buildindex (#1) ran and failed, the next
  buildindex (#2) would automatically fail and report the failure
  of that buildindex #1, even if buildindex #2 succeeded.
