JR56454: CleanPageLayouts scheduler job does not clean objects that are 'marked for delete'

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• WebSphere Commerce scheduler command 'CleanPageLayouts' is not
  cleaning objects which are marked for delete, even though job
  status completes successfully.
  

Local fix

• Delete the layouts directly from PAGELAYOUT table by using SQL
  statements.
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce Version 7 Feature Pack 7 or later.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  CleanPageLayouts scheduler job does not clean objects that are
  'marked for delete'
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Business users cannot delete expired layouts or layouts marked
  for delete.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated CleanPageLayouts scheduler command code to take storeId
  job parameter from the request and use that storeId while
  identifying the expired and marked for delete layouts, instead
  of looking for layouts at store level "0".
