Error description

  • A duplicated key exception on the CTXMGT table occurs when a
    customer service representative (CSR) tries to access an order
    that is currently locked by the shopper.
    
    The following error is expected:

Problem conclusion

  • To avoid the DuplicateKeyException, when the same token is
    copied twice, the activity data is not persisted for the second
    copy.
