Error description

• Setting the sort order of the category facets (through the FACET
  table) adversely affects the sorting of categories in the top
  category display menu. This contradicts the expected behavior,
  which is documented in the IBM Knowledge Center:

  The fix for this APAR provides an option to change the behavior
  such that updates, which are made to the FACET table, do not
  affect the display of the top category menu.

Problem conclusion

  under the Top Category drop-down menu are sorted.

  The TopCategorySortOrder configuration option can be configured
  in the wc-component.xml file as an extended search configuration
   property.
  
  Valid values are "0" and "1".
  0: Set to 0 to follow the sequence that is defined in Management
   Center.
  1: Set to 1 to sort category alphanumerically based on the
  category names.
  
  The default value is 0.
