Error description

• Only members of the tw_admin group can access the
  /rest/bpm/wle/v1/epv/{epv_id}[?snapshotid={snapshotId}][&branchi
  d={branchId}] REST API.

Local fix

• Ensure that the user invoking the REST API is a member of the
  tw_admin group.
  

Problem summary

• In an IBM Process Center environment, the process application's
  access control list (ACL) authorization is in place for the
  /rest/bpm/wle/v1/epv REST API. In a runtime IBM Process Server
  environment, only members of the tw_admin group can access the
  /rest/bpm/wle/v1/epv REST API.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available that introduces a configurable property,
  <enforce-authorization-check-for-ps-model-data>. When you use
  this configurable property, you can allow non tw_admin users to
  access the REST API.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR55958:
  
  1.     Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
  from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
  2.     Select APAR or SPR, enter JR55958, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
