APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Once admin logger is enabled by using
    com.ibm.commerce.foundation.logging.AdminLogger, removing this
    trace specification does not stop its logging.
    

Local fix

  • Set explicitly
    com.ibm.commerce.foundation.logging.AdminLogger=off to turn off
    the logger.

Problem conclusion

  • Updated the trace level of AdminLogger to run at FINER instead
    of INFO on the WC side. No change to the AdminLogger that runs
    on the Search server.
