Error description
The Execution Performance Report does not display data when using the Performance Monitoring Tool to parse trace files that contain double quotation marks (") in the data. This issue occurs because WebSphere Commerce is packaged with an outdated version of the Performance-Profiler.jar.

PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Execution Performance Report does not display any data BUSINESS IMPACT: Cannot view execution performance reports that are gathered by the Performance Monitoring Tool. RECOMMENDATION:
Problem conclusion
Updated Performance Monitoring Tool to properly parses trace files and create properly formatted HTML report files. Also added new features (trend reports in Operation Performance Report and more precision in response times).
