Error description
In Accelerator, the Properties panel of the Customer Segment tool displays the list of explicitly included and excluded customers. When customers are added to the lists, the First Name and Last Name of the customer displays. However, when updating the segment, the First Name and Last Name columns are empty in the Included Customers and Excluded Customers lists.
