Error description

  • In WebSphere Commerce and Sterling Configure, Price, and Quote
(CPQ) integrated environments, the GetItemPriceUE implementation
 on the CPQ side does not filter duplicate SKUs before the price
 request is sent to WebSphere Commerce.

WebSphere Commerce Version 7 and Version 8 environments that are
 integrated with Sterling Configurator.

PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
GetItemPriceUE implementation does not filter duplicate SKUs

BUSINESS IMPACT:
If the model contains many duplicate SKUs in the request, you
might notice a performance impact.

RECOMMENDATION:

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • In the UserExit implementation, removed the duplicate items that
 have the same PartNumber and quantity.
