• SEO URL keyword generation utility uses ANALYZE statements when
  running with Oracle databases. This causes the utility to run
  for extended periods of time against large data sets and cannot
  be disabled.

Problem conclusion

• A new configuration is introduced to enable or disable the
  ANALYZE statement in the SEO URL keyword generation utility. The
   ANALYZE statement is enabled by default.
  
  You can disable the statement by setting the "computeStatistics"
   property to "false" in the SEORuntime configuration group under
   wc-admin-component.xml of the infrastructure component.
