JR55372: Orders by guest users are not fulfilled

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In some cases, if a guest user submits an order and then
  registers after a scheduled job sends the order to fulfillment,
  the fulfillment order might be deleted.
  
  
  Cause: After the shopper logs on, the order and order item's
  member_id field, which held the guest shopper ID at the
  beginning, are changed to the user id of the registered shopper.
   However the ORDRELEASE.MEMBER_ID column in the database is not
  changed when the guest user logs in as a registered user. When
  this occurs, the dbclean utility might delete the order that was
   associated with the guest user id.
