PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
AbstractBaseResourceHandler maps BCS activity expired/terminated
 exceptions to status code 500 with a generic error response

BUSINESS IMPACT:
This makes it difficult for REST clients to detect and handle
BCS activity expired/terminated exceptions.
