JR55198: SKU field in ORDRELEASE.PACKSLIPXML field is wrong if inventory is non-ATP

Error description

• In the 'ORDRELEASE' table, the PACKSLIPXML field is used to
  generate a packing slip, which is included with the package that
   is delivered to the customer.
  The content in the SKU field in XML is the same for all orders
  when using non-ATP inventory because it is retrieved from the
  ITEMSPC.PARTNUMBER database field, as all CATENTRY records have
  ITEMSPC_ID=0. Therefore, all the packing slips have the
  partnumber of the ITEMSPC_ID=0 record.
