    PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
    'Tag' and 'ex' tags do not work if tagging fields in the
    extension indexes
    
    BUSINESS IMPACT:
    Out of stock inventory could be returned.
    
    RECOMMENDATION:
    

Problem conclusion

  • Tagging and exclusion is now handled in the Search extension
    runtime.
    
    Note: Tag/exclusion will not work in multiple cores. If a query
    has a tag/exclusion against a field in the inventory index, for
    example, it must not contain a tag/exclusion against a field in
    the CatalogEntry index.
