Error description

• In the Management Center, after a user logs in after a session
  timeout, the "Display to Customers" check boxes that were
  selected become unselected. If a user scrolls down the page and
  then back up, the check boxes are reselected.

  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Business users might notice that some fields in the Management
  Center do not display correctly after they relogin to Management
   Center after a session timeout.

Problem conclusion

• The Management Center framework was modified to return a
  potentially stale store configuration in the event that the
  store configuration is actively being loaded.
