Error description
When Commerce Insights user preferences are modified and saved, an "Optimistic Concurrenty Control Exception" occurs and a transaction is rolled back. However, the user preferences are saved and there is no functional problem. The exception occurs because multiple concurrent requests are sent to the WebSphere Commerce application server.
