Error description

  • If you installed the fix for JR53681, which supports merging
    order items with non-ATP inventory, you might encounter
    conflicts with free gifts. When you use the alternative logic
    provided by JR53681, order items with the same catalog entry are
     merged, but items that a shopper plans to purchase are merged
    with free gifts from promotions. Free gifts should not be
    merged.
