Error description

• The Promotion Type Selector dialog is used to create new
  promotions in IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce. In
  some languages, the promotion type folder list is wider than the
   area that allocated for it, which causes the list to overlap
  with other components in the dialog.

Problem conclusion
