APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Ajax requests in search pages lack the SearchType parameter,
  which causes a new cache entry to be created for the same
  request as the initial page load.
  
  The searchType passes correctly on page load, but when you
  navigate through the tabs on the Search results page, the
  content is inconsistent
  
  Also, facetLimit is not consistent on first page load, so it is
  sometimes called twice on the Category Navigation page.

  WebSphere Commerce Version 7 users with an Aurora starter store.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Site content results are inconsistent on the 'Search results'
  page
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Inconsistent display on the store and an unnecessary large cache
   is generated.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated coded logic to use the searchType parameter instead of
  WCParam.searchType if WCParam.searchType does not exist.
  
  For facetLimit parameter, updated code to make sure to only
  include the parameter if the facetLimit parameter is not empty.
