Error description

• The 'Member' REST service implementation contains incorrect
  length limitations for fields in the ADDRESS table
  (ADDRESS1,ADDRESS2, and ADDRESS3). The 'Member' REST service
  sets the length limitations lower than the actual length
  limitation in the table.
  
  Actual limitations:
  - The ADDRESS1 field is capable of containing up to 256
  characters
  - The ADDRESS2 and ADDRESS3 fields are capable of containing up
  to 128 characters
