JR54351: Paymentech plug-in does not support online "Reverse approval"

APAR status

Error description

• In earlier WebSphere Commerce version (such as Version 6 and
  earlier) Paymentech plug-in did not communicate with the
  Paymentech gateway for authorization reversal, as Paymentech
  gateway does not support online authorization reversal for
  credit cards. If payment is approved, the plug-in returns
  transaction success.
  
  Now, the Paymentech gateway supports online authorization
  reversal. So in WebSphere Commerce Version 7, the Paymentech
  plug-in can communicate with the Paymentech gateway to support
  online reversal approval.

Problem conclusion

• Added a configuration flag for the Paymentech plug-in to control
   whether to use online or offline mode for the reverseApproval
  method.
