Error description

  • If you use the setdbtype command to connect a development
environment to an Oracle server that is running 12c, you
encounter the following error in the setdbtype.log file:

Error trying to configure your datasource. Detailed error:
"Can't find resource for bundle
java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key
ORACLE_12_DATASOURCE_HELPER"
