JR53790: Error activating content recommendation activity with deleted co ntent

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When marketing content is deleted after being associated with a
  marketing activity in a Recommend Content action, the user is
  unable to activate the marketing activity in Management Center.
  
  Instead of the marketing activity being activated, the user is
  presented with two error messages "The specified content in the
  Content table cannot be found" and "The activity cannot be
  activated. Check any additional error messages for details."
  

Local fix

• The business user can work around this error by adding another
  Marketing Content into the Content Recommendation list, save the
   changes, then remove the Marketing Content that was just added.
   Once saved, the user will be able to activate the activity
  again.

Problem conclusion

• Additional logic was added so that when marketing content is
  deleted, any references to it are also removed from all
  Marketing Activities.
