JR53695: CleanSEOURL job fails with more than 1000 catentries have MARKFO RDELETE set to 1

Error description

• When running the CleanSEOURL job with an Oracle database and
  there are over 1000 catentries have MARKFORDELETE set to 1, the
  query statement of retrieving the SEO urls that should be
  deleted , might run into the Oracle limitation that only 1000
  arguments can be used in an expression. As a result, the job
  fails.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 who use the CleanSEOURL job to
  delete SEO URLs on Oracle databases.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  CleanSEOURL job fails with more than 1000 catentries have
  MARKFORDELETE set to 1
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Business users cannot clean SEO urls by performing CleanSEOURL
  job if there are over 1000 catentries have MARKFORDELETE set to
  1.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• If the 'listDeletedObjectIDs' list size is over the 1000
  argument limit, the 'listDeletedObjectIDs' list is split into
  sublists so that each sublist contains less than 1000 strings.
  listDeletedObjectIDs is retrieved from the catentries mark for
  delete query statement.
