Error description
When AuthenticationMode is set to DB and you remove <Directory EntryFileName="ldap/ldapentry.xml" MigrateUsersFromWCSdb="ON" SingleSignOn="0" display="false"/> from wc-server.xml, the application still references the EntryFileName from the instance xml file. This causes an error when EntryFileName has been removed from the instance xml file.
