JR53381: The Promotional Code help tooltip in the checkout pages might no t show all details if text is too long

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the Shopping Cart and Shipping and Billing pages that allow
  shoppers to enter promotional codes, if the description of the
  promotion code used is too long, the help tooltip might not
  display all details of the promotion as some of the text might
  get cut off.
  

Local fix

• If the Aurora starter store is already published, modify the
  PromotionCodeDisplay.jsp file to remove style="overflow:hidden"
  from the div. By removing style="overflow:hidden", if the
  promotion text is too long, the tooltip will expand and show the
   text (In Aurora, this div has an id of
  "WC_PromotionCodeDisplay_div_9_${status.count}")
