Local fix

• In the deploySearch.xml file under
  <WC>/components\foundation\subcomponents\search\deploy\. Look
  for target called deploySearchApplication (<target
  name="deploySearchApplication" depends="setSearchVariables">)
  Inside this target, change <arg value="Solr_${instanceName}" />
  to be <arg value="solr" />.
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Customer could install FP8/FEP7 or FP9/FEP8, but will fail to
  enable foundation if their previous feature pack is FEP2 or
  FEP3.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Enable foundation fails during FEP3 to FEP7+ Upgrade due to
  deploySearch failure.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Customer would not be able to upgrade from v7 FEP3 to FEP7 or
  FEP8 successfully
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Because solr server names are different as following,
  FEP2~3: Solr
  FEP4~6: Solr_<InstanceName>
  FEP7+: Search_<InstanceName>
  
  Add logic to check FEP level and then adjust the old solr server
   name during enable foundation.
