Error description

• There is a difference in behavior for an empty matching criteria
  between wc-query component and Solr's query component:
  
  - tokenized column (mfName)  has a term "Texas" indexed
  - query condition q=mfName:texas will generate a search hit
  - filter query condition fq=mfName:texas will generate same
  search hit
  - query condition q=mfName:1texas will return no results and
  that is correct
  - filter query condition fq=mfName:1texas will return the entire
   catalog
