JR53136: DomInventoryMediator does not support customized time stamp pattern

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Data Load utility has a setting called timestampPattern, which
  enables customers to use their customized time stamps in
  dataload.
  
  However, if a customer tries to run the Data Load utility with a
   customized timestampPattern with the DomInventoryMediator, an
  error similar to the following is thrown and the Data Load
  utility fails:
  
  Exception message:
  An unexpected error has occurred. The error is Bad input string
  format: expected '.' not  .

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce V7 administrators who want to use their own
  time stamp in the database.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  DomInventoryMediator does not support customized time stamp
  pattern
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Administrators cannot set a custom time stamp format with the
  Data Load utility. This issue might cause issues in the
  database.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Enhance DOMInventoryMediator to add the customized time stamp
  pattern support for inventory dataload.
