Error description
SolrRESTSearchCategoryEntitlementExpressionProvider incorrectly generates the entitlement filter for CategoryView by identifier, causing certain categories to not show up. We should not be generating entitlement filter queries in the flow for CategoryView by identifier as it can be achieved by SolrRESTSearchCategoryEntitlementQueryPostprocessor; and we don't have the categoryId information at that time.
