• USERS AFFECTED:
  Shoppers may experience longer page load time when the store
  leverages REST APIs provided by the Search server.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Create sample cachespec.xml for Search server for FEP7 and FEP8
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Without this feature, any application calling the REST services
  provided by the Search Server cannot be cached by dynacache
  layer, impacting performance.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• A custom cachespec.xml can be created to cache REST requests.
  This feature APAR will the function to caching ProductView and
  CategoryView REST responses. Please note that the automated
  invalidation of findProductByPartNumber REST responses after the
   corresponding product update will require customization on the
  update search index command.
