Error description

  • The "Customer Is In Segment" trigger in a dialog activity only
    considers registered customers who belong to the segment.
    However, guest and generic customers may also belong to the
    segment if they were added using the "Add To or Remove From
    Customer Segment" action.

  • The "Customer Is In Segment" trigger is enhanced to find guest
    and generic users who belong to the segment, typically added
    through the "Add To or Remove From Customer Segment" marketing
    action. These users have an entry in the DMMBRGRPPZN database
    table associated with the customer segment.
