  Shoppers are impacted when server becomes unavailable due to
  OutOfMemory
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  OutOfMemoryError from SolrSearchConfigurationRegistry

  Cannot continuously refresh registries and over time Commerce
  server needs to be restarted due to out of memory.
