Error description

  • When installing an interim fix (iFix) on IBM PureApplication
    System (IPAS), you are able to successfully install the iFix on
    the product but you encounter a WSProfileException when you
    attempt to install the iFix on the instance.
    
    The WAS Search Profile Name is not loaded properly to the
    exportEar.xml and deployEar.xml configuration files.

    IPAS: Interim fix install to instance fails due to

    Users cannot install an interim fix on an IBM PureApplication
    System.
    
    RECOMMENDATION:
    

Problem conclusion

  • Change the order in export EAR. First load the properties files,
     and then set the Search Profile for IBM PureApplication System.
