Error description

  • This enhancement enables usage of WebSphere Commerce (WC)
    utilities and the WC application on the WebSphere Application
    Server (WAS) with Oracle 12.
    
    Enablement requires disabling default JDBC behaviour of Oracle
    12, which throws SQLException if a commit is invoked with
    auto-commit enabled on a given database connection.

     as the backend database.

    be usable.
    
    RECOMMENDATION:
    

Problem conclusion

  • Provided tooling to add appropriate properties to the database
    connection configuration file and to the WebSphere Application
    Server (WAS).
