  Persistent session issue when multiple logon enabled
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Remember me(Persistent session) flow is broken.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. When getting the token by the id persisted in the persistent
  cookie, check if the token is terminated , return null. Then the
  existing logic will create a new activity token.
  2. After new activity token is created, update this token id to
  the persistent cookie for this user and store.
