Error description

  • In WebSphere Commerce Accelerator, when searching for customers
    using the "Operations>Find Customers" menu, a blank HTTP 500
    error frame appears.
    
    The webapp/wcs/tools/servlet/ShopperListB2C page is not loading.

Problem summary

  • USERS AFFECTED:
    On WebSphere Commerce V7 Fix Pack 6 or later, for administrators
     who use Accelerator.
    
    PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
    Encounter HTTP 500 Error when searching for customers on
    Accelerator.
    
    BUSINESS IMPACT:
    Administrators cannot search for customers on Accelerator.
    
    RECOMMENDATION:
    

Problem conclusion

  • Added a missing class import declaration on the
    ShopperListB2C.jsp page.
