Error description

  • In FEP7, the PDC is a pre-configuration of the DK and only one
PDC is allowed for a DK. In FEP8, the data model is changed to
model PDC as a catentry, we named it Predefined Dynamic
Kit(PDK). Each PDK has a parent DK. Each DK has multiple PDKs.

This utility is to migrate the data model of the PDC from FEP7
    to FEP8.
