Error description

• If a shopper applies a coupon to an order without meeting the
  required purchase conditions, the coupon is no longer available
  for the shopper after checkout.

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users using Feature Pack 5 or later.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Coupon is not restored after checkout when promotion purchase
  condition is not met.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Shoppers will lose access to the coupon after it is applied to
  an order that does not meet promotion purchase condition.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Additional logic was added to handle restoring the coupon to the
   shopper's wallet during order finalization.
  
  When a coupon is applied to an order but the corresponding
  promotion's purchase condition is not met, the coupon is now
  added back to user wallet after check out allowing it to be used
   again.
