JR52120: Add DK to cart and then failed to go to cart when using sterling 9.4

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Add a DK or PDK into shopping cart, and then go to shopping
  cart, error come out. This error only happened when integrating
  WCS with Sterling 9.4.

  Shopper can not finish the shopping flow
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The root cause is that the case of Sterling
  API(extractPicksFromConfigurationBOM) output is changed in
  sterling 9.4. We change the code to consume the new Sterling API
   output if we can not get information from the old output.
