JR51974: Add DK to cart and go to cart fail after upgrading FEP7 to FP9

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Upgrading FEP7 fixpack to FP9, after enable configurator
  integration environment, log on storefront, add a DK to cart
  successfully, but fail to go to cart.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  The users who is using FEP7 and Configurator Integration
  solution.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Add DK to cart and go to cart fail after upgrading FEP7 to FP9
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  The customer who is using FEP7 and Configurator integration,
  after upgrading to FP9, the Dynamic Kit can be added to cart but
   it failed when go to cart.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Hybrid pricelock feature is a new added feature on FEP8&FP9, but
   it is not supported by FEP7&FP9. There will be a checked added,
   if hybrid price locked not supported, it will keep to use the
  old logic to update the configuration price.
